Jiangsu Holds 2021 Retreat for Pastoral Staff

Kunshan Municipal CC&TSPM in Jiangsu Province hosted a retreat in Suzhou for staff who gave sermons on the pulpit from May 10 to 11, with 58 participants.

In the morning of May 10, in the opening service, Pastor Zhu Hua exhorted believers to cherish every opportunity to serve and willingly dedicate themselves to God, , according to Kunshan CC&TSPM.

Then Ye Nahe, a national first-level director and screenwriter of the Jiangsu Federation of Literary and Art Circles, shared a lecture (in combination with excellent Chinese traditional culture) on "Chinese Characters and Christian Life". In the afternoon, he gave a lecture on "Bible Aesthetics".

The next day, leading the morning prayer, Li Qingchao gave a sermon themed "Come to the Lord", to exhort participants to get close to the Lord in prayer. Then Ye Nahe gave two courses: "Love Leads to Honesty" and "Introduction to Chinese Culture and Sinology"

In the afternoon, Pastor Wen Xingui gave a lecture on "Understanding the Importance of the Sinicization of Christianity", presiding over the closing service. The retreat ended with Pastor Wen’s prayers and benedictions.
