A Guangxi church hosted worship and praise services to celebrate the New Year.

On January 2, New Year Sunday services were held in Hepu Church of Beihai, as well as in other subordinate meeting points. At the beginning of the new year, services are conducted every day in the church.

There were two worship services on the first Sunday of 2022, one in Beihai Cantonese in the morning and the other in mandarin in the evening. In the two services, Elder Chen Kaosi, president of Beihai TSPM, gave a sermon titled "Counting the Lord's Grace" and Pastor Guan Ronglei gave a sermon titled "A More Abundant Life", respectively.

In the evening, the celebration began with hymns "Give Us Vision" and "A Fellow Traveler" from the Sweet Potato Praise Team of the church. Then, ten programs were performed by the choir, dance team, youth fellowship, and couples chorus fellowship, including a chorus "A Year's Journey", a dance "Blessings in the New Year", a comedy sketch "Confused Christians", and a nativity play "Lion's Pit".
