Many people are pursuing living life to the fullest, a truly significant life. But life can beat us down with trials, sorrows and debilitating worries. When it seems hopeless, God’s messages about our future hope can deeply encourage us. 

Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. (Psalm 37:4)

Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble. (Matthew 6:34)
