Shilipu Church in Baoji, Shaanxi, resumed its in-person service on Palm Sunday, after 80 days’ suspension from January 9 before the 2021 Spring Festival.

During the service held on March 28, the choir sang two songs, Ride on! Ride on in Majesty and Were You There. Afterward, the congregation sang the hymn, We praise Thee, O God.

Next, after Elder Liu Xifeng led the believers in reading Psalm 84, Pastor Wang Binghui guided them to recite the "Apostles' Creed".

Based on Luke 19:30-38, Pastor Yao Chao gave a sermon titled, The Lord Needs it, covering four aspects: 1. The situation before being used; 2. The preparation when being used; 3. The process of being used; 4. The change after being used.

After the sermon, Pastor Wang invited the congregation to stand up again and sing the 320th hymn from the Chinese New Hymnal, Onward Go, with piano accompaniment.

Finally, Elder Liu Xifeng reported on the church affairs, stating that the weekly fasting and prayer meeting on Thursday would resume from that day on.
