For several decades, churches in China have observed a special practice known as Theological Education Offering Day. On a designated Sunday, all offerings collected in worship services are dedicated to supporting theological education.

Having served as the leader of his church's youth fellowship for over a decade, Brother Bai suddenly received a suspension notice from the church. The fellowship had grown together with his own spiritual life since the early days of his faith journey.

“But you have one Bible, two knees, a threefold cord (the domestic church, overseas Chinese, and the global church), the diaspora mission in all four directions, and five loaves and two fish,” Pastor Yu Mujie urged Chinese diaspora who may have little resources to preach the gospel to different regions of the world.

On July 8, the Fifth Global Chinese Mission Conference, themed “Discipleship and Opportunities for Elderly Chinese Christians in the 21st Century,” was held online. The keynote speaker, Rev. Dr. Kaofang Yeh, addressed the opportunities, motivations, and emerging prospects for discipleship among older adults.

In the fast-paced, highly mobile urban clusters of southern China, young Christians often encounter significant challenges in their spiritual journeys.
