A Guangxi church made an electronic file to record the activities of pastors and church groups.

Beihai Church in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region released the monthly "Review of Pastors’ Footprints" in January (electronic vision), containing photos and words, as "memorabilia" of the church, according to the church.

The following is what the writer of the January 2022 issue said:

"Due to the impact of the pandemic, the Review has been suspended for two full years. As the church resumes normal management, the Review is released again, making up the communion of saints.

"On January 1, as onsite gatherings were suspended due to the pandemic restrictions at the end of last month, the first communion service of this year was held online. Although it was New Year's Day, members of the communion group and ministry group were busy preparing the communion. Some cooked the pancake, some packaged, and others handed out the wine and bread at the gate of the church. They tried their best to distribute the sacrament, letting Christians receive the blessings of God.

On January 2, because yesterday’s virtual communion service was well prepared, today’s four services which were held online and face-to-face went on in an orderly manner…"

Next, they recorded that pastors engaged in attending a memorial service, praying for the completion of the new house of a couple of believers, writing free Spring Festival couplets, going to other meeting points to preach, baptize, and host the communion service. They also made a note of other activities, such as meeting dinners by choirs and a sharing party for the 24-hour prayer chain at the end of the 2021 Chinese calendar.

To record and preserve the footsteps of pastors, the history of this church will be left for future generations. Other churches are also doing like this, such as Xishan Church and Yuguang Church in Dalian, Liaoning.
