Marriage is not as easy as seen on movies. Both couple need to work the relationship.

Golden rule of marriage states that you need to treat your spouse the way you wish to be treated and they will surely turn do the same thing.

As a husband, when you see your female co-worker showing interest and flirting towards you, ask this question: "Would my wife be happy if I flirt with my co-worker?"

If your answer to this question is "No" then change you attitude or behavior as it may help save your marriage from divorce.

This also applies to the wives. When you think you need to share and give your female co-workers on what is the most secret dreams or hopes of your husband, ask this question: "Will my husband be happy when I shared our conversation to my co-workers?"

Again, if your answer is "No" then change your behavior.

Of course, you need to act according to make your spouse comfortable not the otherwise. You do not need to do anything in their absence that you would not also do while they are present. Think about your situation and when you decide, ask yourself how your spouse would feel about it. This may just save you from divorce.
