Fujian CCCTSPM Holds Training Course of Writing

FUJIAN - The provincial CCC/TSPM held the fifth writing training course with more than 200 in attendance in Fujian Theological Seminary. Invited as the guest speaker, Rev. Yung Chuen Hung, the president of Chinese Christian Literature Council of Hong Kong, gave the lecture "The Ministry of Writing and Mission."

Rev. Yung shared the importance of the ministry of writing in mission, meanwhile he encouraged the attendees to notice the cross-cultural adaptation as well as to promote academics and to support writing and publication in missions. Besides, he introduced the history of the ministry of writing in China from the first ministry of Chinese newspaper founded by James Hudson Taylor to the spirit of the Society for the Diffusion of Christian and General Knowledge Among the Chinese(S.D.C.K.). 

This January the fourth writing training course was held and Rev. Xu Xiaohong from CCC&TSPM, shared his reading experience and joy in the lecture with the theme "reading".
