Yangpu District Christians and volunteers of Shanghai showed sympathy to the local sanitation workers, helping them to sweep the streets.

Recently, during a visit to a local cleaning company, Elder Wang Jianhua, director of Yangpu District CC&TSPM, presented essential supplies for heatstroke prevention to the street cleaners with gratitude for their hard work during the hot weather, urging them to take care of themselves during higher-temperature days.

Later, pastoral staff from Hudong Church and members of the "Source of Love" Charity Station in Yangpu District carried out a patriotic hygiene campaign on some of the roads, cleaning up the remaining garbage with tongs.

In addition, the district CC&TSPM also cared for the local front-line healthcare workers for COVID-19 with practical actions.
