In central China's Hunan Province, a church held a meeting to talk about a project to help care for elderly immigrants.

With the specific execution of the project named “Settle Permanently" being reported in the psychology classroom of Chengnan Church in Changsha on February 19, the immigrant elderly were invited to count God’s blessings by sharing what they had learned, gained, known, and felt. This group consists of elderly people who have left their hometown to care for their grandchildren and support their children's work in big cities, according to the church.

The project was originally planned to begin in August 2022 and end in December, but the conclusion was postponed to February of this year due to the impact of the pandemic.

They carried out 10 group counseling courses, two paper-cutting lectures, and two group activities, including an outdoor activity.
