Democrat Presidential nominee Hillary Clinton plans to give an additional $1,000 a year or more to millions of parents of young children and is hopeful to win over skeptical voters.
The proposal appeared to be calculated deliver maximum political benefits and to encourage voters who have turned away from her revival, Donald Trump.
The plan would help double the child tax credit to $2,000 per child for families with ages 4 and under that is part of a larger plan for middle-class tax.
Clinton also want to change to rules so more people particularly who has low incomes can benefit even if they don't owe income taxes.
But the said plan is contrary to Trump's child-care plan, that will delivers benefit as a deduction which is worth to tax payers in higher tax brackets.
Clinton added that about $150 to $200 billion pesos is the estimated cost of the proposal of the Clinton campaign over 10 years that would be funded by rich people that ought to be paying more federal taxes.
