New emails related to the probe of Hillary Clinton’s personal email server are to be investigated by FBI.
This is announced by FBI Director James Comey in a letter to congressional leaders, reported by multiple news organizations.
Reports say that the letter does not specify what is in those emails or what the FBI will investigate. While the FBI would be reviewing the emails to determine whether they include classified information “as well as to assess their importance to our investigation.”
James Comey added that FBI cannot yet assess whether or not this material may be significant, neither can he predict how long it will take them to complete this additional work.
Those said emails are under reviewing by FBI.
