In northeast China, a Liaoning church with ethnic Korean-Chinese hosted worship and praise meetings lasting for six days in a row.

Pei Lianshu, vice president of the Anshan Christian council and pastor of Yongle Church in Anshan said that the church used to hold six-day worship and praise meetings every year but it was paused due to COVID-19. As the outbreak stabilized, the praise meeting resumed. She also noted that people from the church's six different gathering points and fellowships took turns standing on the pulpit to praise the Lord with the congregation.

Starting on Monday every night, this meeting was themed, "The Anointing of the Holy Spirit for Restoration and Healing", as the trauma of the epidemic needed Jesus’ healing.

Besides its own believers, this meeting also attracted members from other churches in neighboring areas.
