A church in western China’s Shaanxi Province conducted a themed day activity as part of the 2022 "Christian Charity Week" to serve people in need.

In an activity organized by Shilipu Church in Baoji City, Shaanxi Province on October 16, Elder Pang Xianhua of Shilipu Church led the congregation to learn the content of the church's public welfare and charity work and called on the church staff and believers to donate. People donated generously, according to the Shaanxi Provincial CC&TSPM.

It is reported that all the donations on that day were used to help students, the elderly, the disabled, and support epidemic prevention and control.

Churches in Suzhou, China's eastern-coastal Jiangsu Province, hosted services on October 22-23, with the same theme based on the same scriptures, supplying all the offerings to social welfare activities.

The third Saturday and Sunday in October are designated as "Christian Charity Day" in China, and this year’s theme was, "Please give them...", according to Suzhou CC&TSPM.
