A Jiangsu church hosted a lecture on health issues on National Internal Medicine day which fell on October 22 this year,  with nearly 30 senior believers attending.

In Mujia Garden Church in Suzhou, Professor Wu Juesun, a health care expert, shared that an aged person should eat healthily from three meals a day, drink plenty of water and get good sleep, according to Suzhou CC&TSPM.

To supplement body nutrition or buy traditional Chinese medicine, Wu reminded the attendees to follow the doctor’s advice and to not easily believe the rumors and prescriptions on the Internet.

What was more, the professor said proper sun exposure, a happy mood, a harmonious family life, and a stable life of faith were beneficial to people’s physical and mental health.
