On May 18, Guangzhou CC&TSPM conducted an installation ceremony for the newly appointed senior pastors and leaders of eight local churches and meeting points.
According to Guangzhou CC&TSPM, the organization officially implemented the "Administrative Regulations for the Appointment of Key Religious Personnel of Guangzhou CC&TSPM" in April 2025.
After extensive discussions and consultation, the municipal CC&TSPM has decided to make personnel adjustments for key religious personnel at several churches. The adjustments include senior pastors and leaders at eight churches and meeting points: Zion Church, Guangxiao Church, Shipu Church, Henan Church, Conghua Church, Jianggao Church, Chini Church, and the Shiling meeting point of the Ci'en Church.
During the ceremony, the leadership of the municipal CC&TSPM emphasized to the newly appointed senior pastors and leaders the importance of strengthening their sense of responsibility, uniting and guiding the congregation, and fostering the healthy development of the Christian community in Guangzhou.
