WEA Welcomes African Advocates for a UN 'Geneva Human Rights Experience'

In September, the WEA Geneva Office had the pleasure to welcome Ms. Ngozi Edmond, Head of Advocacy and Humanitarian Affairs for the Nigeria Evangelical Fellowship (NEF), and Rev. Samuel Munyiri, Anglican Priest from Kenya, collaborating with the Association of Evangelicals in Africa (AEA) in the context of the Global Children’s Forum.

Continuity With Innovation, Faithful in Every Generation

The 2025 Singapore–Malaysia Chinese Pastors and Leaders Summit, organized by the World Chinese Christianity Alliance (WCA), a movement under the World Evangelical Alliance, and co-organized by the Singapore Chinese Christianity Alliance and the Malaysia Chinese Christianity Alliance, was held successfully from May 12–14, 2025, in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

WEA Statement on Concerns Raised Regarding 2025 General Assembly in Seoul

The World Evangelical Alliance (WEA) deeply values the unity and theological orthodoxy of the global evangelical community. Therefore, we are profoundly concerned by both the content of recent statements and the way the Christian Council of Korea (CCK) has called into question the WEA’s theological, governance and moral integrity and practice in a public forum, especially without first approaching the leadership directly to discuss their concerns.

Women in Victory

From March 9-12, 2025, the Women’s Commission of the Latin Evangelical Alliance (AEL) hosted the 4th “Women in Victory” Congress in Santiago de Chile. The event brought together female pastors and Christian leaders to deliver a renewed message about living a life of integrity in Christ Jesus, especially in a context where voices opposing Christian principles have become more prominent.
