The 2025 "Christian Charity Day," themed "Rooted in Love, Bearing the Fruit of Mercy," was observed nationwide on October 18–19, the third Saturday and Sunday of October each year. Churches across China preached on the same theme during Sunday worship and dedicated their offerings to local charitable initiatives, demonstrating Christ's love through tangible acts of compassion.

On October 18, the youth fellowship of Huxi Church in Shanghai held a revival meeting themed "God Is My Dependence," bringing together young Christian brothers.

Heilongjiang Theological Seminary held its 2025 Thanksgiving Holy Communion service on the evening of October 16, uniting faculty, students, and staff in worship. Centered on Psalm 84:5–8, Teacher Li Jian preached on “From Tears to Springs—Grace Along the Journey of Faith.” This photo collection captures the solemn moments of reflection, prayer, and communion as the seminary community gave thanks for God’s abiding grace.

Chengqu Church in Jincheng City, Shanxi Province, will host a charity sale of calligraphy and paintings on October 18–19.

From October 7 to 10, a five-member delegation from the National Association of YMCAs of China, along with representatives from the Shanghai, Chengdu, and Xi'an YMCAs, visited Kitakyushu, Japan, to attend the 2025 China-Japan YMCA Liaison Committee Meeting.

From October 10 to 11, the Second Think Tank Forum on Religious Work convened in Guangzhou, Guangdong, which focused on the achievements and experiences in systematically advancing the Sinicization of religions, law-based management of religious affairs, and enhancing the capacity for religious administration.

On September 27, "Seminar on Confucian Culture and Sinicization of Religions" was held in Tai'an, Shandong Province.

Yangcheng County’s CC&TSPM in Shanxi held a “Charity Week” during the National Day and Mid-Autumn holidays, raising nearly 12,000 yuan and visiting 18 needy residents, offering both material help and spiritual comfort.

On October 5, the Changxindian meeting point in Fengtai District, Beijing, hosted a “Bible Key Verse Contest” to encourage believers to memorize important Bible passages and deepen their understanding of Scripture.

Starting from September 22, Rev. Mathew K. Punnoose, general secretary of the Bible Society of Malaysia, led a delegation of 13 colleagues to visit the Shanghai CC&TSPM and the national seminary in Nanjing.
